LOSA is a safety audit based on voluntary, peer-to-peer observations of flight crews during normal operations. By observing everyday work, trained observers identify threats, errors and systemic weaknesses before they lead to incidents.

This online course is designed for operators who want to strengthen their safety culture and their Threat and Error Management (TEM). The English version is coming soon: join the waitlist to be notified at launch.
